This was a work of art!  destroyed the drone and rebuilt it into a smaller creature using some glue and a bit of putty.  Created the tentacles out of speaker wire, drilled small holes in poor MC head and glued in.  Painted it up with some clear red paint for the blood, and done!!!

The drone is now the pilot of poor little Master Chief, UNSC is pretty sure the host dies but who really knows!
