This figure was made from piece of the McFarlane Manga robot figure.  The leg, arm, and shoulder pad.   The weapons came from

     This Figure started off as a EOD Spartan Soldier armor.  The UNSC decided that a more heavily fortified armor was called for.  This suit can with stand a direct hit from the Scorpions main canon if the Spartan knows its coming.  This suit comes with built in plasma cutter built into each finger of the huge cybernetic hand.  It can literally tear any thing apart between the strength of the hand and the cutting of the plasma torches.
