Base figure was the black costume Venom with the stinger from the villains of spiderman.  Ordered the head from Viking casts and used aves fixit sculpt to add all the details for the collar/mane and the forearm spike.

     Airbrushed the base coat and shadowing then dry brushed up to colors seen.
