Three days ago some of our troops were attack with what looked like a swarm of drones.  Among these drones something else was hiding, they attack one Spartan soldier, its arm spikes jabbing deep into both sides of his neck.  There was blood flowing every where and the Spartan was writhing around on the ground screaming in pain.  Suddenly he was silent.  The drone like bug had some how attached to the Spartans back and neck.  The Spartan rose from the ground and immediately leaped into the air with these wings beating rapidly keeping him aloft only to come down on his support troops and rip them all to pieces.

     We do not have enough data at this time to know exactly what this new alien working for the covenant is but the UNSC is examining the DNA that was left behind trying to come up with some answers.
