Spyder Scout

This scout suffered catastrophic damage to his lower body, the UNSC has rebuilt him and added the experimental Spyder Frame to him.  He has a grappling hook with a winch that can lower him from any surface.  His new Spyder Frame allows him to traverse virtually any terrain type.  He can climb on most surfaces, all combined the Spyder Frame gives this scout some very impressive abilities that he would otherwise not have.
